Consequential amendment to Goods and Services Tax Act
Section 37(6) of the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A) is amended by deleting the words “warehouse or factory warehouse licensed under the Customs Act” in the definition of “warehouse” and substituting the words “warehouse licensed under the Customs Act for warehousing dutiable goods”.
