Amendment of section 18
Section 18 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “section 126(2) of that Act, an instrument of acquisition in the prescribed form” in the 3rd and 4th lines of paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 143(2) of that Act, an instrument of acquisition”.
