Amendment of section 23

Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in quintuplicate” in subsection (1)(a) and (c) and substituting in each case the words “in duplicate”;

(b)

by deleting the words “the deposit” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “the Collector to deposit”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Accountant-General” in the 5th line of subsection (3), the words “, if not waived by the Collector,”.
