Clause 38

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the Third Schedule, the following Schedule:“FOURTH SCHEDULESections 2(1) and 44(1)Classes of Persons Not Covered under the Act1.Any member of the Singapore Armed Forces.2.Any officer of the Singapore Police Force, the Singapore Civil Defence Force, the Central Narcotics Bureau or the Singapore Prisons Service.3.A domestic worker, being any person employed in or in connection with the domestic services of any private premises.”.
