Amendment of section 12
Section 12 of the Dentists Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsections:“(1) For the purposes of this Act, there shall be a Registrar of the Council.(1A) The Chief Dental Officer shall be the Registrar of the Council.”.
