Clause 11
Prohibition
A medical practitioner who —
(a)
is the husband, wife, father, father-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in law, brother, brother-in-law, sister or sister-in-law of the patient;
(b)
stands in a fiduciary relationship to the patient; or
(c)
is treating the patient,shall not sign any order under this Act.
