Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 2008 and shall, with the exception of section 15(b), come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Section 15(b) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2007.
