Clause 10

by deleting the word “herein” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “in subsection (1)”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Notwithstanding subsection (1), an advocate and solicitor who practises in a Joint Law Venture or its constituent foreign law practice, a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice or a licensed foreign law practice shall not be entitled to practise Singapore law except in accordance with Part IXA and any rules made under section 130W.”.
