Amendment of section 75

Section 75 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (3A) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)registered by the Attorney-General under section 130J to practise Singapore law in a Singapore law practice; or

(b)

granted the approval of the Attorney-General under section 130L,”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “firm” in subsection (11)(d) and substituting the word “practice”.
