Amendment of section 84
Section 84 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “12” in subsection (2) and substituting “7”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) The Chief Justice shall appoint, from among the members of the Inquiry Panel who are advocates and solicitors of not less than 12 years’ standing, the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Inquiry Panel.”.
