Clause 35

by deleting the words “Disciplinary Committee” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (2), (5), (6) and (7) and in the section heading and substituting in each case the words “Disciplinary Tribunal”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) If the members of a Disciplinary Tribunal are unable to reach a unanimous decision on any matter, the matter shall be decided in accordance with the decision of the president of the Disciplinary Tribunal.”.
