Amendment of section 103

Section 103 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsections (1) and (2);

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “section” in subsection (3), “97,”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “Disciplinary Committee” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “Disciplinary Tribunal”.
