Clause 49

Section 106 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “a Review Committee, a Disciplinary Committee or an Inquiry Committee or any member thereof” and substituting the words “a Review Committee or any member thereof, an Inquiry Committee or any member thereof, or a Disciplinary Tribunal or any member or the secretary thereof”.
