Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “accident” in paragraph 1(1)(g), the words “, or by any physical or mental condition,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (g) of paragraph 1(1), the following sub-paragraph:“(ga)the fitness of a sole proprietor to practise has been determined under section 25C to be impaired by reason of his physical or mental condition, or a sole proprietor, having been ordered by a Judge to submit to a medical examination under section 25C to be conducted within such period as the Judge may specify in the order, fails to do so;”.
