Clause 33

Amendment of section 61

Section 61(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d), the following paragraph:“(da)to present to the annual general meeting of the society an annual report on the activities of the society during the preceding financial year, together with the audited financial statements of the society and the auditor’s report for that year;”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Registrar” in paragraph (g), the words “, the audit committee”.
