Amendment of section 99
Section 99(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “$500 and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine of $50 for every day” and substituting the words “$5,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day or part thereof”.
