Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “prescribed in the First Schedule together with the information prescribed in the Second Schedule” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “and manner prescribed together with the prescribed information,”;
(b)
by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (2) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)a copy of the proposed by-laws;”; and
(c)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (b) of subsection (2) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)such fee as may be prescribed.”.
