Clause 7

Amendment of section 8

Section 8 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(e)such other information as may be prescribed.”.
