Clause 5

Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “this section” in subsection (2), the words “and sections 19 and 19A”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “age of 60 years or such other age as the Minister may prescribe” in subsections (7) and (7A) and substituting in each case the words “prescribed age”.
