Amendment of section 17
Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, renewal or variation of a licence” and substituting the words “or variation of a financial adviser’s licence”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “, renewal or variation of licence” in the section heading and substituting the words “or variation of financial adviser’s licence”.
