Amendment of section 20
Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)by the refusal of the Authority to grant a financial adviser’s licence to it, or to vary its licence; or”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “his” in paragraph (b) and substituting the word “its”.
