Amendment of Part II

Part II of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading:“FINANCIAL ADVISERS AND REPRESENTATIVES”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the Part heading, the following Division heading:“Division 1 — Financial Advisers”.
