Clause 36

Section 88(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)offences under sections 10(3), 13(4), 19(9) and (10), 32(6), 45(5) and (6), 46(2), 47(2), 48(5), (6) and (7), 49(5), 55(2), 56(7) and (7B) and 57(7); or”.
