Amendment of section 100
Section 100 of the principal Act is amended ––
(a)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) The Authority may at any time add to, vary or revoke any term or condition imposed under this section.”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (3)(a)” in subsection (4), the words “, including any term or condition added or varied under subsection (3A),”.
