Clause 112

Amendment of section 337

Section 337 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(4A) The Authority may at any time add to, vary or revoke any condition or restriction imposed under this section.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (1) or (4)(a)” in subsection (5), the words “(including any condition or restriction added or varied under subsection (4A))”.
