Clause 114

Paragraph 4(1) of the First Schedule to the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) of the definition of “clearing facility” and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)such other facility or class of facilities for the clearing or settlement of transactions as the Authority may, by order, prescribe;”.
