Clause 16

Amendment of Part IV

Part IV of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading:“HOLDERS OF CAPITAL MARKETS SERVICES LICENCE AND REPRESENTATIVES”; and

(b)

by deleting the heading to Division 1 and substituting the following heading:“Capital Markets Services Licence”.
