Amendment of section 98
Section 98(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)the refusal of the Authority to grant or vary a capital markets services licence;”;
(b)
by deleting the word “licence” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “capital markets services licence”; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph (c).
