Amendment of section 218

Section 218 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “only” in subsection (1A)(a)(ii) (2nd line) and substituting the word “primarily”;

(b)

by deleting the words “within the meaning of Division 4 of Part IV of the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in subsection (5)(b)(ii); and

(c)

by deleting the words “within the meaning of Division 4 of Part IV of the Companies Act” in subsection (5)(b)(iii)(B).
