Amendment of section 286

Section 286 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “only” in subsection (3)(a)(i)(B) and substituting the word “primarily”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “The” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “Without prejudice to subsection (2), the”.
