Amendment of section 81

Section 81(2) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (i), the following paragraph:“(ia)prescribe the manner in which the moneys in the Mosque Building and Mendaki Fund may be applied for or in respect of the purposes specified in section 77(1), and generally for the administration of such moneys;”.
