Amendment of section 130

Section 130 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “, divorce”; and

(b)

by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Any person who contravenes section 102(5) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.”.
