Miscellaneous amendments

The principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “, divorce” wherever it appears in the following provisions:Sections 104 (section heading), 106(1) and (2) and 108; and

(b)

by deleting the words “divorce or” in section 104(1).
