Clause 14

Amendment of section 14

Section 14(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 9, 12A or 22” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “section 9, 10A or 12A”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d), the following paragraph:“(da)the entitlement of a self-employed person to any payment under section 12B;”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “section 10, 11, 12A or 22” in paragraph (e) and substituting the words “section 10, 10A, 11, 12A or 12C”.
