Amendment of section 19
Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 16 or 18 or any regulations made under section 20” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “section 11, 16 or 18 or any regulations made under this Act”;
(b)
by deleting the words “section 17” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “section 12B, 12D or 17”; and
(c)
by deleting “$500” in subsection (2) and substituting “$1,000”.
