Amendment of Prisons Act

Section 84(2) of the Prisons Act (Cap. 247, 2000 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (k), the following paragraph:“(ka)the establishment of advisory committees for the purposes of this Act;”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately before the words “the establishment” in paragraph (l), the words “without prejudice to the generality of paragraph (ka),”.
