Clause 7

Section 11(5) of the Health Sciences Authority Act (Cap. 122C, 2002 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately before the definition of “health product”, the following definition:“ “chemical metrology” means the science of achieving traceable analytical data in chemistry;”.
