Clause 13

Section 6 shall not apply to any case where a registered insurer has made any payment under section 61 of the Insurance Act in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 6, and section 61 of the Insurance Act in force immediately before that date shall continue to apply to that case as if section 6 had not been enacted.
