Consequential amendments to Children Development Co-Savings Act
The following sections of the Children Development Co-Savings Act (Cap. 38A) in force immediately before the commencement of this section are amended by deleting the words “sections 36, 42, 43 and 44” and substituting in each case the words “sections 36, 88, 43 and 89”:Sections 12A(2)(a), 12B(7)(a) and 12D(4)(a).
