Clause 15

For the purposes of sections 13 and 14, a certificate issued by the Minister charged with the responsibility for internal security stating that he is satisfied that it would be contrary to the national security or interest for the limited partnership to be registered under this Act shall be conclusive evidence of the matters so stated.

Section 14(2) shall not apply in a case where the Registrar cancels the registration of a limited partnership under section 14(1)(a) pursuant to a certificate referred to in subsection (1).
