Law as to private partnerships to apply unless excluded by this Act
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Partnership Act (Cap. 391) and the rules of equity and of common law applicable to partnerships (except so far as they are inconsistent with the express provisions of the Partnership Act) shall apply to limited partnerships.
(2)
In subsection (1), the reference to partnerships shall not include limited liability partnerships.
