Amendment of section 2
Section 2(1) of the Bankruptcy Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the definition of “liability”, the following definition:“ “limited liability partnership” has the same meaning given to it by section 4(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Cap. 163A);”.
