Amendment of section 48

Section 48 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or intradermal test” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2)(b);

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “a nurse” in subsection (1), the words “or any other suitably trained person”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “and intradermal tests” in subsection (2)(a) and in the section heading.
