Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “business enterprise” wherever they appear and substituting in each case the word “enterprise”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or advance” wherever they appear and substituting in each case the words “, advance or incentive”.
