Amendment of section 21
Section 21 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “a business enterprise” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “an enterprise”;
(b)
by deleting the words “or advance” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the words “, advance or incentive”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “the business enterprise” wherever they appear in subsections (1) to (4), (6), (7) and (9)(e) and substituting in each case the words “the enterprise”.
