Amendment of Schedule
The existing Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “an approved company auditor under the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in paragraph 4 and substituting the words “a public accountant who is registered or deemed to be registered under the Accountants Act (Cap. 2)”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after “$1,000” in paragraph 10, the words “and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $250 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction”; and
(c)
by renaming the Schedule as the Second Schedule.
