Clause 4

As from the appointed day, the Authority shall continue in existence and shall continue to be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name and performing such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform, and shall exercise and perform such other powers and functions as are conferred by or under this Act or other written law.
