Amendment of section 24

Section 24 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after “16A” in subsection (3A), “, 27N”;

(b)

by deleting the words “section 57F” in subsections (3A) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “section 27Q or 57F”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “section 57C” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “sections 27N and 57C”.
