Amendment of section 76
Section 76 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The Board may, if the Minister is satisfied that it is in the public interest for the Board to do so, engage in either or both of the following:
(a)
activities that are not related to, or that are not directly related to, the Fund or the administration of the Fund;
(b)
the compilation of information of a statistical nature or otherwise relating to members, employers and employees.”.
