Related amendments to Patents Act

The Patents Act (Cap. 221) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the definition of “legal officer” in section 2(1) and substituting the following definition:“ “Legal Service Officer” means an officer in the Singapore Legal Service;”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “legal officer” in sections 93(2) and 105(11) and substituting in each case the words “Legal Service Officer”.
